Fill the below required attributes to initiate PASN:

QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_PASN_PEERS
QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_PASN_PEER_MAC_ADDR
QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_PASN_PEER_SRC_ADDR
