Yu Wang 393465dcf4 qcacmn: qdf: Introduce QDF_SSID_FMT and QDF_SSID_REF ...

Introduce the feature to hide SSID in the logs.

To enable this feature, set CONFIG_WLAN_TRACE_HIDE_SSID to y.
If this feature is enabled, SSID 'my_ssid' will be printed as
'*' in the logs.
