Currently control path handles of pdev/vdev/peer
are given as arguments to cdp ops, which are
directly accessed by dp layer. This can cause a
race-condition in access of the handle if it
has been deleted in parallel.
Hence as a part of cdp convergence, pass only
the psoc handle which can be accessed all over
to retrieve objmgr_pdev from psoc.
