Jingxiang Ge 7d007034fb qcacmn: Add debug timestamp for wlan_logging_thread ...

Add more log for wlan_logging_thread to monitor
thread start/exit.
and also add memory barrier wmb to make sure exit
flag/shutdown_comp have been set done.
