Jeff Johnson a635938a0e qcacld-3.0: Remove unused WCN_PRONTO macros

The Kbuild currently conditionally defines the macros WCN_PRONTO and
WCN_PRONTO_V1.  However these macros are not actually referenced in
the driver, so remove them.
