When the beaconing channel is not affected by radar, reduce bandwidth of the AP while retaining the beaconing (control) channel. Since all subchannels were in ISM there is no need to perform CAC. Random channel selection is run if primary beaconing channel is affected by radar, wherein CAC will be run for new primary and secondary.
