Change "qcacld-3.0: Introduce mac_handle_t" introduced a modern name for what was previously called the tHalHandle. Subsequently change "qcacld-3.0: Use mac_handle_t in wlan_hdd_stats" transitioned wlan_hdd_stats to use the new naming. But while that change was in the pipeline a new instance of tHalHandle was added. So now transition the instance recently added to wlan_hdd_clear_link_layer_stats().
