Currently in Kbuild the "profile" variable CONFIG_MOBILE_ROUTER is defined based upon a set of tests. Subsequently CDEFINES is updated with specific feature flags based upon the CONFIG_MOBILE_ROUTER value. In anticipation of refactoring profile information into per-target configuration files, create a separate configuration variable for each feature that is currently controlled by CONFIG_MOBILE_ROUTER.
