- CROP should be supported only for V4L2_SEL_TGT_CROP selection
  target.
- Compose should be supported only for V4L2_SEL_TGT_COMPOSE
  selecion target.

Fixes: v4l2-compliance: testCrop/testCompose (VIDIOC_S_SELECTION)
       on encoder.
