Gaurav LNU 0256443205 disp: msm: sde: increase MAX_SDE_HW_BLK size ...

In the current implementation, the length of
certain dt entries like qos can take upto 36
entries for each fps value. This change
increases the size of MAX_SDE_HW_BLK to
handle such cases to support qos parsing
for targets which have multiple fps support.
