Sravan Goud 0158814ea9 qcacld-3.0: Initialize uninitialized variable

Current code in __hdd_bus_bw_work_handler function there is a
possibility of variables sta_tx_bytes and sap_tx_bytes uninitialized.
Improve the code by initializing the variable.
