In CFG_SAP_PS_WITH_TWT and CFG_DISABLE_SAP_BCN_PROT,
passing value as string instead of numeric.
Causes wrong value while macro expansion.
Passing enum value of false in CFG_SAP_PS_WITH_TWT and
CFG_DISABLE_SAP_BCN_PROT.

Some legacy STA doesn't recognize the EXT CAP IE with
length greater than 8bytes. Therefore, these STA cannot
associate with hotspot broadcasting newer capabilities
in the extended IE.
To fix this, add an ini which would override the beacon
protection config in host driver.
Based on this ini, the beacon protection would be disabled
only for non-6 GHz and non-11be SAP profiles, as beacon
protection is mandatory in 6 GHz and 11be cases.

In the current driver implementation, the default ini value of
gSoftApMaxPeers is set to 32, but for mobile devices, FW can
only support 10 SAP peers at max. Hence, change the default
value of gSoftApMaxPeers to 10.

Reduce default value of gMaxLIModulatedDTIM from 10 to 5
to shorten the listen interval. It provides better
connectivity when AP has a large DTIM Period or
Beacon Interval.
Also, move the ini definition to sta header file from
sap header file.

6Ghz SAP needs to send either a probe response or fils
discovery at every 20ms.
Add a new ini to configure the probe response or
fils discovery frame.
enable_6g_sap_fils_discovery=1 sends fils discovery frame
at every 20ms.
enable_6g_sap_fils_discovery=0 sends probe response frame
at every 20ms

Currently, only broadcast disassociate is supported and deauth is
send in a unicast manner.
For enabling broadcast deauth support, bypass the unicast deauth
and directly send broadcast disassociate.
