Add support for all 4LM topologies in new DCE encoder framework.
This change also aligns with the new way of checking topology
information.

Store full or partial static image in system cache (L3 cache)
for video mode primary display. Added additional commit to
crtc commit thread to transition to read cache state.
The change also updates llcc APIs to support generic functionality.

From Lahaina onwards, for compressed DSI output, widebus should be enabled.
In widebus mode, 6 bytes of data are transmitted per pclk.
For uncompressed output, widebus must be disabled to transmit 3 bytes
of uncompressed data per pclk.

There is potential byte alignment problem on 32bits OS which will
cause incorrect histogram blob id getting from the user space.
This change fixes byte alignment problem on 32bits OS by keeping
the struct members in one complete struct as the user space using.
In previous code start address of 'info' would align to multiple of 8,
so there would be 4 bytes padding between member 'event' and 'info'
on 32 bits OS. It is affected by member 'base'. But user space just
uses struct drm_msm_event_resp only, not affected by member 'base'.
Driver code intends to send drm_msm_event_resp, but actually send
unpacked members.

This change parses SPR enable entry from panel device tree and
populates SPR specific information in panel data structure.
Valid entry of SPR pack type is treated as panel requirement
to enable SPR for specified pack type from source end. This change
also populate connector capabilities blob with SPR pack type.

Currently the compression ratio is hard-coded to either 2:1 or
3:1 in several places. This is not sufficient for new compression
algorithms as they can support higher compression ratios.
Add support for calculating the compression ratios from the source
and target bpp thereby eliminating hard-coding.

This change enforces dp, dsi and the sde drivers to use the
drm framework defined dsc_config data structure. As a part of this,
it introduces the sde_dsc_helper API to configure the dsc params
and creating a PPS command. Earlier each driver implemented it's
private versions leading to duplication of code. Additionaly the
helper api supports DSC spec 1.2 422 and 420 mode.

Update the topology allocation by considering the required
mode clock (vtotal x htotal x fps * fudge factor). Modes with
a clock that exceeds the maximum SDE clock will be denoted as
requiring a topology that uses two layer mixers.

When plane is detached from crtc in one atomic commit and then
attached to another crtc in the next atomic commit, the second
plane state swap will happen when the first commit is still running
in the previous crtc's worker thread, which will result in two
threads programming the same plane and run into undeterministic
state.
Fix is to add plane_mask check before state swap, together with
crtc_mask check. This will make sure there is no pending worker
thread working on the same plane.

Populate the supported colorspaces property for DP
as part of getting the display modes.
This will expose the supported colorspaces of the sink to
userspace and in-turn the userspace shall pick the colorspace
suitable for the use-case.

Create a data structure to maintain available hardware resources
and track capabilities. This data structure is used to send
the current available resources and caps information to
connector ops get_mode_info, get_modes and validate_mode to
process the display mode.

Primary and secondary displays should have first priority
when reserving lms. Static reservation can potentially block
higher resolutions for the required displays. This patch gets
the layer mixer requirement for primary or secondary display
if available. It reserves those layer mixers dynamically
for the respective display when connector is registered.

DSI display may support video mode and command mode both and it may
support transition between these two modes.
This change adds seamless transition between these two modes for DSI
display by avoiding crtc enable/disable and panel power on/off
during modeset.

Add runtime_pm ops support in drm driver instead
of direct sde_power_resource_enable/disable call.
It allows drm driver to use runtime pm refcount logic
to track the resources instead of custom implementation.
The change also removes the NRT_CLIENT support from
sde_power_handle code to simplify it further.
