The change batches DSI commands sent using the debugfs node, in a
separate buffer from the TX command buffer to ensure that they are not
triggered before the last command bit is set. Once the last command
bit is set the buffer is then copied to the DSI TX buffer and triggered.

In current implementation qsync min fps is single value.
It is same for all the list of supported dfps list.
Added support for new dt entry dsi-supported-qsync-min-fps-list
corresponding to the fps supported in the dfps list
dsi-supported-dfps-list.

During stability stress testing, there are many instances where
the panel is unreachable which results in the ESD check mechanism
failing continuously with PANEL_DEAD events. There are two possible
reasons. Either the device is bad or DSI controller is hung. As of
today, logs/xlog is flooded and info on root cause is missed in the
logs. To catch the root cause for such issues, this patch induces
forced crash when there are five consecutive ESD check failures.

The panel regulator votes are added by default during
dsi probe to make sure sync state driver doesn't disable
these regulators for cont_splash use case. These regulator
votes need to be removed when cont_splash feature is
disabled. Add a new connector API to handle this.

Display in trusted VM works in a handover mode i.e, all
display components need to be initialized by the primary VM
before switching to trusted VM on the usecase boundary.
That makes it a hard requirement for the trusted VM not to
re-program any of the display configuration registers before
it could hand the HW back to the primary VM.
Also, most of the linux framework drivers including pintrl, clocks
are not enabled in the trusted VM.
In order to address the above two limitations and to control the
probe/commit sequences, this change adapts the same path as that
of continuous splash to bypass some of the critical functions
which are identified to be HW intrusive. Based on the DT property
read from SDE handle, dsi drivers will choose to bypass
enable/disable HW state updates when executing in the vm environment.

This change implements a new feature to read the cmds response
of the panel from sde connector interface. Sde connector opens
debugfs interface for all the connectors those have support for
cmd receive operation.
Sde connector init module creates rx_cmd debugfs file at
/<debugfs-root>/dri/0/DSI-1/ for DSI-1 connector.
Format for DSI command transfer:
echo "command bytes" > /<debugfs-root/dri/0/DSI-1/rx_cmd
byte-0: the length of received buffer
byte-1: data-type
byte-2: last command. always 0x01
byte-3: channel number
byte-4: flags. MIPI_DSI_MSG_*, must be set to 0xa
byte-5: 0x00
byte-6 and byte-7: command payload length
byte-8 to byte-[8+payload length]: command payload
Example:
echo "0x01 0x06 0x01 0x00 0x0a 0x00 0x00 0x01 0x0a" > rx_cmd
The command receive operations are allowed only if controller
(ex. DSI controller) is in active state.
Read the value of panel response:
cat /<debugfs-root>/dri/0/DSI-1/rx_cmd
returns the value of this command.
nothing - failure, xx xx - success.

operation until it is aligned with vysnc.

introduces asynchronous wait after a DCS command has been
triggered. Enable this mode only during pre kickoff, so as to not

A new API to get drm_panel from dsi_display.
The drm_panel was defined as a member of drm_connector.
When doing connector initialize, can set drm_panel to
drm_connector. So this API is needed to get drm_panel
from dsi_dsiplay.

This change adds support for dynamic switching of dsi clocks
to avoid RF interference issues. Also with dynamic dsi clock
switch feature coming into picture, now populate the supported
refresh rate as list instead of providing a range. Modify the
logic to enumerate all the modes in dsi driver, taking dynamic
bit clocks, resolutions and refresh rates into account.

Add support to selectively enable clock gating for supported
DSI clocks using a new debugfs node - config_clk_gating. This
new node would be created for every display node. See below
for usage examples:
To enable clock gating only for BYTE clock:
echo 1 > /sys/kernel/debug/<display_name>/config_clock_gating
To enable clock gating only for PIXEL clock:
echo 2 > /sys/kernel/debug/<display_name>/config_clock_gating
To enable clock gating only for PHY clock:
echo 4 > /sys/kernel/debug/<display_name>/config_clock_gating
To enable clock gating only for all clock:
echo 7 > /sys/kernel/debug/<display_name>/config_clock_gating
To disable clock gating for all clocks:
echo 8 > /sys/kernel/debug/<display_name>/config_clock_gating
To go back to default setting:
echo 0 > /sys/kernel/debug/<display_name>/config_clock_gating

display by avoiding crtc enable/disable and panel power on/off

of direct sde_power_resource_enable/disable call.

to track the resources instead of custom implementation.
The change also removes the NRT_CLIENT support from
sde_power_handle code to simplify it further.
