On kailua onwards USB3 DP SSPHY power is control using GDSC.
This change adds support to vote for GDSC when displayport
driver is active.

Decouple the configuration and parsing of aux switches with the
parsing and configuration of HPD sources. HPD notification can come from
either GPIO based approach or a PD module through a SW interface. The
presence of AUX switch on the board should have no bearing in deciding
which configuration for HPD detection is used. Update the implementation
to allow for flexibility in selecting any combination of the HPD source
and aux switches.

pm_runtime_get_sync increases the usage_count refcount immaterial of
success/failure of the call, leading to invalid refcount on failures.
Use pm_runtime_resume_and_get instead, which takes care of reducing the
refcount on failure cases before returning from the function.

When switching between 2 dongles/adapters it is possible
to have the same resolution with different link configuration.
Even though the pixel clock could be the same on replug, the
vco clock could be different depending on the link
configuration. Since the dp driver only exposes limited clocks
to the clock framework, in this specific scenario, the clock
driver is unable to recognize the change in source clock rate
and ends up skipping the clock reconfiguration.
This change adds support to park the pixel clocks on disable,
thereby forcing a reconfiguration on subsequent replug even
if the pixel clocks are the same.

This change adds the support to request the dp link clk rate
through the mmrm driver. In the case the system can not
support the rate, user space is notified of the failure and
dp is diconnected.

This change sets the regulator voltage to zero for all
those regulators which support voltage scaling before
disabling the regulator. Failing to do so causes the regulator
vote to set to the last min value specified in the previous
set voltage call.
Additionally modified the config regulator api and renamed to
get regulator because of the above change.

Add runtime_pm ops support in drm driver instead
of direct sde_power_resource_enable/disable call.
It allows drm driver to use runtime pm refcount logic
to track the resources instead of custom implementation.
The change also removes the NRT_CLIENT support from
sde_power_handle code to simplify it further.
