Add peer type for MLO bridge peer. This is a special peer
created on 4-link MLO AP to allow association of some 2-link
MLO STAs.

Add WMI interface(WMI_VDEV_SET_TWT_EDCA_PARAMS_CMDID) to
configure EDCA/PIFS param for LL SAP.
This configuration depends on edca_param_type.
If edca_param_type is 0 then host will configure EDCA param and
send it to firmware via WMI interface.
If edca_param_type is 0 then host will configure PIFS param and
send it to firmware via WMI interface.

When AFC event come and update 6 GHz SP channels' state and power
attribution, SAP which already started on 5 GHz or 6 GHz channel
can move in or out from SP channel, which has higher tx power limit.
SAP target channel/bandwidth is decided by ACS channel select callback
register to SAP module, which will take channel max tx power limit
into account.
After target channel/bandwidth determined, SAPs move to same target
channel/bandwidth with eCSA process. If violate any concurrency
limitation, AFC DCS process should abort.
Add AFC component id and reference id.

CH_WIDTH_320MHZ definition is in 11BE define currently and it's
causing duplicate code in 11BE supported/unsupported cases.
Definition need not be in 11BE define as it doesn't cause any
impact on memory.

Select best candidate by mlo score algorithm.
Check bss mlo type first by mlo info, mlo config, partner frequency and
dbs/sbs cap, calculate candidate score for SLO/MLMR/EMLSR bss types.
For SLO case, same as before except:
Decrease percent of legacy band and nss to include 320M and 8x8.
Decrease max percent of congestion from 100 to 80 to include MLMR joint
congestion.
Increase weight of both band width and nss to 20.
For EMLSR case, same as SLO except adding EMLSR boost score.
For MLMR case, besides adding MLMR boost score,
calculate joint RSSI/band width/congestion score for combination of
scan entry + each partner link by new mlo algorithm, select partner with
highest total joint score as candidate combination, only activate that
partner link.

Build regulatory channel list for 802.11BE wireless mode and for the
new channel width 240/320 MHZ. Following is the summary of the changes:
1. Add a new channel width CH_WIDTH_320MHZ.
2. Enumerate a list of 320 bonded channel frequencies.
3. Increase the maximum supported bandwidth to 320/240 in the channel map
4. Introduce reg_channel_list structure which holds an array of
channel params and also a bitmap to indicate the regulatory
puncturing pattern.
4. Build 320 and 240MHZ (punctured 320) regulatory channel list.

Implement the interface to transfer the info between
host driver and firmware about the ap which has interop
issues with the DUT. It is detected by firmware and
forwarded to user sapce for persistent storage. User
space configs these APs to firmware when the DUT
starts up next time.

Previously host driver only supports initial SAE and Suite-B
authentication types and roaming to SAE AP is blocked. The
802.11 specification has introduced the Akm suite 00:0F:AC:9 for
FT-SAE and 00:0F:AC:13 for FT Suite-B akm type. Add support for
FT-SAE and FT-Suite-B.
Extend the enum wlan_auth_type to include WLAN_AUTH_TYPE_FT_SAE,
WLAN_AUTH_TYPE_FT_SUITEB_EAP_SHA384. This enum wlan_auth_type is
the new implementation for akm type in converged scan module
corresponding to the legacy eCsrAuthType enum.
Add changes in scan module filter to support FT-SAE and
FT-Suite-B authentication suites be added to filter->auth_type.
csr_scan_get_result() will translate the legacy eCsrAuthType
to wlan_auth_type and push it to the filter->auth_type.
