In VHT case, for some packets SGI value is 3, which
represent 3.2us value. Which is not applicable for VHT.
So if value 3 received from HW for SGI, than convert that
to default value, which is 0.4us.

Add option to ignore vdev_id match to peer hash lookup API
when vdev_id is passed as 0xff to the API, it ignores vdev_id
argument
This option is needed for usecases like peer level statistics
display where only MAC address is known and vdev_id is not known
Also add the missing accounting of rx broadcast frames in the
overall statistics

If peer with given MAC Address
already exists, just increment the refcnt
instead of allocating a new peer and deleting older
peer object. This avoids unnecessary memory fragmentation.

Add htt tx and rx structs from HTT to cdp_pdev_stats.
These Fw tx and rx stats are obtained through HTT events.
athstats application uses cdp_pdev_stats that contains host stats

Addba recieve/response logic has been implemented in
host for HE instead of in FW like VHT. setaddbaresp
is not hooked to the dp module yet to set the addba
response from userspace. Implement the required logic
for HE to support this command.

vdev stats are getting reset to zero when a peer disassoc
with the AP. the fix is basically update peer stats to
bss_peer just before we delete the peer.

Packet log messages be coming as HTT messages for Lithium. Temporary
change to bypass HTC connection for this new HIF pipe (CE 5), which
will be used for packet log and other high-priority HTT messsages.
Proper HTC connection to be added later once required FW changes
are available

When suspend is done, and if there are any outstanding
REO commands to HW, there could be a leak from allocated
buffers. FLush the buffer list during detach.

Adds support for flow control on convergence branch.
Allocate Tx descriptors dynamically when vdev comes up.
Tx queue is paused and unpaused internally in host based on the
stop and start thresholds.

We want to enable the compiler's -Wmissing-prototypes switch, but
there is existing code in dp_peer.c that is generating warnings. Fix
these warnings by making the following functions static:
dp_peer_find_hash_find()
dp_rx_tid_update_wifi3()
dp_rx_tid_delete_cb()
dp_rx_tid_delete_wifi3()
And by exporting a public prototype for:
dp_peer_find_hash_erase()
