Currently, CAM_UTIL debug logs when enabled, flood the logcat
with io read/write access logs, which are not necessary when
debugging clocks, interrupts and other parameters. Add separate
entry for IO access in debug util.

This change adds support to notify frame skip when CRM
not ready to apply a normal setting. Sensor and custom
device also want to update the HW settings in some
conditions even if a frame is skipped.

Currently lane enablement is happening as a part of lanemask
field, which is send by UMD. Lane enablement should be purely
depends on laneCnt and laneAssign attributes. Also, combo mode
sensors needs to come with combo mode flag set from the UMD.
This change updates the logic for lane enablement with respect
to laneAssign and laneCnt, and also covers all combomode selection
as per the request. This change also enables the sensors to acquire
and streamon/streamoff at anytime in session.

Currently smmu_get_iova is called for every patch, regardless of the same
source handle. This change avoids this by checking if io virtual address
is already being quried with earlier patch. This can reduce the call and
mutex operation from smmu prospective.

when using the cam_io_dump function to dump the register
values we are getting 4 register values without spacing
which makes is difficult to read, so adding space
between two specific register values.

For secure mode, csiphy driver ask for secure stream. Currently
this call always return success. This change return the appropriate

In bw voting for ahb and axi, interconnect API requires
bw values in KBps. Add conversion to icc compatible units
before voting to interconnect framework.

To simulate bus overflow recovery in camera, cpas needs sysfs
to take input from shell and vote the final value as given,
instead of consolidated values from cpas clients. Add initial
support for sysfs to add nodes for all drivers. Add sysfs
based debug node to maintain and update all settings. Add cpas
settings to override final bw voted to camnoc and mnoc ports.
Usage:
adb shell "echo <driver_name>#<setting_name>=<value>
> /sys/devices/platform/soc/soc:qcom,cam-req-mgr/debug_node"

When user space detects an error or does not receive
response for a request, Lets do a reset(LDAR) is triggered.
Before LDAR, user space sends flush command to the
kernel space.
In order to debug the cause for this situation and to dump
the information, user space sends a dump command to
kernel space before sending flush.
As a part of this command, it passes the culprit request id
and the buffer into which the information can be dumped.
Kernel space traverses across the drivers and find the culprit hw
and dumps the relevant information in the buffer.
This data is written to a file for offline processing.
This commit dumps the IFE, CSID registers, LUT tables and context
information, cmd buffers, timestamps information for
submit, apply, RUP, epoch and buffdones of the last 20
requests.

Different CDM hardware have different capability and registers.
With old register space, handling new features and operations
would have been a complex task. This change takes care of old
version of CDM and also changes the regspace to provide every
register's access to CDM.
This change further adds support for "arbitration" in case of
multi-context CDMs.
Exports reset functionality to clients, detection of CDM hang.
Flushing the CDM requests and dumping the FIFO content for all
contexts.
It also adds submitting "debug_gen_irq" as BL_done IRQ is only
an indication for availability of FIFO's. The AHB operations
are completed can only be known if the added "debug_gen_irqs"
gets executed and are received by the CDM.

The common data containing src and dst bus IDs necessary
for bw voting is fed incorrectly. Fix passing of bus IDs
for registering bus clients to be valid values.

Currently image sensor need single source of the regulator per
category. Some sensor needs extra analog voltage for the functionality,
which require to draw power from multiple voltage regulator sources.
This change extends supports to add multiple voltage sources for
analog voltage.

Add support for disabling bus scaling by moving bus driver
references from cpas to cam utils. The references can be
switched based on compile time flags in defconfig. Also, add
interconnect support which has bw voting based on source and
destination bus IDs.

Currently camera modules platform registration/remove function
is being called as a part of module_init function individually.
Building camera as module, current infrastructure cannot support
it, as DLKM only support single module_init/exit function.
This change enables that support by combining all platform
entry/remove functions centrally. Also, remove all submodule
makefiles and combined into one root makefile in order to generate
single kernel object file to dynamically loading the kernel module
in case of DLKM compilation.

The command buffer obtained from user has several offsets and
sizes that need to be validated before accessing data. Also,
out buffer offsets need to be checked before writing data.
Add validation checks for parameters in command buffer for
reg dump.

Use pr_info for camera warning and error logs to avoid sending
to console (assuming info logs are disabled to console).
All camera warning and error logs are anyway tagged with
CAM_WARN and CAM_ERR, so using pr_info doesn't cause any
information loss.

Certain register values are required by user space during flush
to apply settings accordingly. Also, support for dumping registers
at the time of error is needed for debugging. Add support for
dumping register values in a range of offsets to given cmd buffer.
