Improve debugging infrastructure and logging for memory related
issues. There are scenarios where the fd returned after ion_alloc
exists in camera smmu table as being mapped [stale entry].
On such scenarios, this change will return a specific error code to
userspace. The change also propagates the mapped size back to
user space.

During unmap these internal buffers will be freed immediately
afterwards, therefore there is no need to do cache operation.

Add map and unmap events in monitor array for each
context bank and dump the last set of events whenever
some smmu related issue happens.

When smmu get handle is called, mutex unlock is called on a lock
that was not acquired. Add mutex lock condition to balance it.
Also, re-organize the conditions for handle types to be mutually
exclusive.

Due to the asynchronous nature of platform probes, inter
dependency between drivers needs to be taken care during
kernel boot up. Component helper provides the facility of
adding matching drivers in a list ordered in the way we want
to bind those drivers. The CRM driver acts as component master
to make sure all slave drivers are bound before it returns
from its own bind call. Add support for serializing platform
probes through component framework.

The request frame cmds are submitted to the FW in workq context.
The abort cmd as part of flush is triggered in user thread context.
This change will enqueue the abort as part of flush to FW in workq,
thereby ensuring that if there are any pending frames they are
submitted prior to the abort cmd.

Different CDM hardware have different capability and registers.
With old register space, handling new features and operations
would have been a complex task. This change takes care of old
version of CDM and also changes the regspace to provide every
register's access to CDM.
This change further adds support for "arbitration" in case of
multi-context CDMs.
Exports reset functionality to clients, detection of CDM hang.
Flushing the CDM requests and dumping the FIFO content for all
contexts.
It also adds submitting "debug_gen_irq" as BL_done IRQ is only
an indication for availability of FIFO's. The AHB operations
are completed can only be known if the added "debug_gen_irqs"
gets executed and are received by the CDM.

Add interface to umd to give an option whether to
disable Delayed Unamp feature for a given buffer
mapping. DelayedUnmap is enabled by default if
umd doesn't explicitly asks for disable.

Currently camera modules platform registration/remove function
is being called as a part of module_init function individually.
Building camera as module, current infrastructure cannot support
it, as DLKM only support single module_init/exit function.
This change enables that support by combining all platform
entry/remove functions centrally. Also, remove all submodule
makefiles and combined into one root makefile in order to generate
single kernel object file to dynamically loading the kernel module
in case of DLKM compilation.

When mapping fails for a given context bank, dump all the existing
mappings for that context bank to understand the memory usage
for that bank.
