Following peer stats are updated in per packet Rx path:
to_stack
multicast
broadcast
In BE architecture, HW provides the support for basic vdev stats and
hence per packet stats updation of above parameters can be done only
when enhanced stats is enabled or HW vdev offload stats is disabled.
Avoiding per packet stats updation reduces CPU load and improves KPI.

Whenever firmware receives the sync interrupt, it would
update the MLO offset to the scratch registers. Additionally,
firmware also sends a HTT message.
The values from the HTT message are copied into two structures:
1. into the dp_pdev structure, for monitor mode usage
2. into the scn structure for updating the pktlog header
A new WDI event is introduced for MLO timestamp sync into
pktlog header. Host sends the WDI event once it receives
htt msg and the data gets parsed in the pktlog handler and
eventually pktlog header gets updated with those values.
Whenever pktlog memory is being filled, the latest value from scn
structure is filled into the pktlog header. Upon receiving a new
HTT message, the value in the scn structure is updated and
subsequently into the pktlog records as well. All the 8 bytes
from the HTT message are required to calculate the MLO timestamp
offset. The calculation of MLO timestamp offset is to be taken
care by the PKTLOG parsing script.

Define a new cdp interface to fetch peer delay stats.
Define a new cdp interface to fetch peer jitter stats.
These interface APIs will be used by upper layers to fetch delay and
jitter stats per peer for telemetry stats feature.

Firmware sends some ppdu stats required for packet capture
mode in new ppdu stats tlv HTT_PPDU_STATS_FOR_SMU_TLV.
Add code to parse it if feature is enabled via ini and
send the ppdu stats using wdi event to packet capture
component.

Currently, rx packet capture events processing happens even
when feature is disabled by ini. This incurs per packet overhead
in rx path.
The fix is to move all the processing from rx path to packet capture mode
component. Send only wdi event from rx path, when feature is enabled by
ini.

In case of aging out wds entries, avoid sending all
the wds delete wmi commands in a huge single burst.
Instead limit the maximum commands to half of the
wmi queue size. Inactivity will continue to be
marked every 120 secs but the inactive entries
will be flushed every 5 secs if there are pending
entries.

Add and initialize a preallocated pool of buffers which can
be used to replenish RX buffers. During replenish, the buffers
from the pool are used instead of allocating/mapping a new buffer
in the softirq context. This preallocated pool will be refilled
in thread context.

This change will set up monitor mode status and destination ring
filters for enbale CBF logging and will enable destination ring to
capture CBF frame. This change will get the CBF frame from the
destination ring and send it to the pktlog module for post processing
through WDI event. CBF is a compressed beamforming report.

While preparing raw packets for transmission, the count
of nbuf belonging to one mpdu must be less than the
number of segments.This makes sure the frags array inside
seg_info does not go out of bounds.

Rx desc pool have a flag to identify whether frag or nbuf
operation needs to be performed for alloc, map, prep and
free buffer for monitor dest buffer.
This flag will be set only for mon destination desc pool,
if RX_MON_MEM_FRAG feature is enabled.
In all other case, It will be set to Zero and default nbuf
operation will be taken.
This flag get initialized at the time of pdev rx_desc_pool
initialization and gets reset while pdev deinit.
Mon destination buffer will have support for frag if
RX_MON_MEM_FRAG flag is set.
