This allows encoder to remain independent of the compression type and specification supported by the hw. Abhijit Kulkarni	dc8e0291e4	disp: msm: sde: move dsc implementation to a new file ... This change moves the DSC implementation into a separate file. This is required to add support for new compression algorithms. This cleanup change also, moves struct sde_encoder_virt declaration to the encoder header file.
