Re-init mlo global shmem region whenever in case of expected
target recovery mode. In case of mode1 recovery assert, need
complete teardown of mlo and clearing out global mlo shared
memory, when asserted SoC is recovered, re-init global shared
memory region again.

Add API reg_process_r2p_table_update_response to handle the event received
from target in response to rate2power table update cmd. Make a call to
end_r2p_table_update_wait from this API to end the wait timer triggered
for the update cmd. Add end_r2p_table_update_wait to
wlan_lmac_if_reg_tx_ops. Add a dispatcher
tgt_reg_process_r2p_table_update_response for this API and register it as
a rx_ops.
Add register and unregister APIs of rate2power table update response
handler to wlan_lmac_if_reg_tx_ops. Call the register API in
regulatory_psoc_open and unregister in regulatory_psoc_close. Define
struct r2p_table_update_status_obj and its members to receive the
response of rate2power table update cmd from target.

Add 160 MHz and 320 MHz BW support for Smart Antenna.
Peer connect gets rate codes for all supported BW on connecting peer
as part of wmi_peer_ratecode_list_event. This changes add 320 MHz and
160 MHz BW support.

1. Enable sub chan DFS type if QCA_DFS_BW_PUNCTURE defined, or all bonded
operation freq will be affected and disabled for nol, puncture can't work,
always need to switch freq.
2. Find nearest puncture pattern for a bitmap.
For example, SAP started with channel width 320 MHz, if only 20 MHz freq
affected by radar, 320 + 20 puncture pattern is invalid, but puncture
pattern 320 + 40 can be used.
3. Fix build issue when QCA_DFS_BW_PUNCTURE defined as following.
error: incompatible pointer types passing 'qdf_freq_t[16]' (aka
'unsigned int[16]') to parameter of type 'uint16_t *' (aka 'unsigned
short *')

WMI_MLO_LINK_REMOVAL_CMDID is to be sent by the Host to initiate the
removal procedure for a given link from its MLD. This command will be sent

Add API to parse the TID-to-link mapping event ID for the AP vaps.
As part of this event,
- Update the mapping switch time TSF value in host data structures.
- When mapping switch time or expected duration expires in the FW,
update the host data structure.

Currently, only single pd_threshold is fetched and
treated as SRG and NON-SRG pd threshold instead of
handling both threshold separately.

A new capability bit from FW is introduced that provides
ADFS 320 MHz support information. supports_adfs_320 signifies
chainmask capability service bit if FW supports ADFS on 320 MHz
channel width. Add this capability bit(supports_adfs_320) in host.

Add reg txops to fetch min_psd for punctured SP channels.
min_psd is computed from afc response. Using the min_psd power value,
EIRP is computed for the non-punctured BW using the formula
EIRP = PSD + 10 * log10(non-punctured BW).
Add an entry in bw_to_10log10_map for all possible non-punctured
bandwidth.

Handle SR enable vendor command as part of which
send PD threshold value provided by userspace
check the range of the provided threshold,
if threshold lies with in SRG or NON-SRG
range then provide the threshold sent by
userspace else send the MAX of SRG and NON-SRG
offset advertised by AP.

On the initiator side, Host needs to send
WMI_VDEV_ADD_MAC_ADDR_TO_RX_FILTER_CMDID to firmware before sending the
PASN Auth frame. Hence, move send_set_mac_addr_rx_filter_cmd_tlv() from
wmi_unified_p2p_tlv.c to wmi_unified_tlv.c file.

- target_if layer was calling UMAC layer wifi_pos_get_rx_ops(). This was
leading to compilation errror in WIN platform. Hence, added target_if
layer API target_if_wifi_pos_get_rx_ops().
- WMI_RX_SERIALIZER_CTX is used to register PASN peer create and delete.
WIN platform does not use the above context. Hence, use WMI_RX_UMAC_CTX
for WIN and WMI_RX_SERIALIZER_CTX for MCC.
- WIFI_POS rx_ops callbacks are registered in target_if layer. But, these
callbacks are called by UMAC component. Hence, move this registration
function to UMAC layer.
- Add an API to convert host PASN peer type value to target defined value.

Set dfs object parameter if host and fw supports 320 MHz bandwidth.
i.e. dfs->dfs_is_bangradar_320_enabled. Set to true if the host and
firmware support the bandwidth is 320 MHz. If there is no support, set
false.

When BW Expansion feature is enabled using UCI or cfg80211tool
command, the utility function to set/get the BW Expand feature
is introduced inside DFS module.

In function reg_freq_width_to_chan_op_class_auto, global_tbl_lookup is set
to false for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz without considering the global opclass set
by user command. This results in wrong opclass information in eCSA.
Add an api to check if global opclass is set and update global_tbl_lookup
accordingly in reg_freq_width_to_chan_op_class_auto.
