To support the EasyMesh feature WDS need to be enable and
same status need to be given to IPA driver for that add
new AST definition and declaration.

The current WLAN driver only supports single radio for IPA, but with
2X_PINE product WLAN driver need to support multiple radio for IPA
driver, which can be done by adding the support for multiple radios
via QDF layer.

IPA driver adds is_txr_rn_db_pcie_addr and
is_evt_rn_db_pcie_addr in ipa_wdi_pipe_setup_info and
ipa_wdi_pipe_setup_info_smmu structure to check if doorbell
address is DDR address or PCIe memory mapped address. Thus
set the addr flag accordingly for IPA transfer and event
rings.

IPA driver adds unified WDI API for ipa_wdi_create_smmu_mapping
and ipa_wdi_release_smmu_mapping. WLAN driver needs to adopt the
change accordingly.

To abstract kernel header inclusion, create a new QDF APIs for all IPA
APIs and redirect all IPA API calls through QDF interfaces.
