d2ac86c794 qcacmn: Run hif_save_htc_htt_config_endpoint for snoc 
hif_save_htc_htt_config_endpoint saves an endpoint id in the
hif layer. hif uses this id to avoid double frees.  There
is no reason this should be PCI specific.
