Add Android make files and Kbuild files to support dlkm
for display driver. Also resolve header and config issues
to allow successful compilation of display driver.

Change avoids clock framework APIs to configure the DSI PHY
PLL. It follows HW recommendation to set the byte and pclk
dividers.

Linux message queues(msgq) are used to communicate between VM's
This change creates a display specific msgq and a set of
framework api's for the VM layer to invoke communication
between the VMs'.
Display msgq is bidirectional. Tx end is created by default for
both the VM's. Rx is kept optional to avoid unnecessary creation
of listener threads.

Add VM layer files to handle VM specific operations
for primary and secondary VM's. They interact with
Hypervisor RM modules to LEND/ACCEPT/RELEASE/RECLAIM
HW resources. They also handle notifications for each
of the above Hyp RM operations to acquire and update
the SDE software states.

Besides SDE, other subdrivers may be interested in participating in
the VM switch. This change provides framework for display dependent
drivers like DSI, DP and RSCC to register for various VM switch
event hooks.
The following hooks to provided through msm_vm_ops:
post_hw_acquire: invoked before the first frame push after gaining
HW access.
pre_hw_release: invoked after the last frame commit before releasing
the HW.
check: check with vm clients for their readiness for HW
releasing.

Enable compilation of DP MST feature. Also ported drm mst implementation to
use updated API definitions. Changes to the API include; removal of hotplug
callback; separate refcounting for topology and memory allocation in mst
port; pass the entire port instead of slot count in
atomic_release_vcpi_slots API.

This change enforces dp, dsi and the sde drivers to use the
drm framework defined dsc_config data structure. As a part of this,
it introduces the sde_dsc_helper API to configure the dsc params
and creating a PPS command. Earlier each driver implemented it's
private versions leading to duplication of code. Additionaly the
helper api supports DSC spec 1.2 422 and 420 mode.

This change moves the DSC implementation into a separate file.
This is required to add support for new compression algorithms.
This cleanup change also, moves struct sde_encoder_virt
declaration to the encoder header file.

This change enables display drivers code compilation
for lahaina target and current location of header files
is replacing the header files in usr/include/drm directory
before installing display specific header files. This change
ensures both the drm and msm_drv header files are exported
to user mode clients.

DSI PLL is tightly coupled with DSI PHY. This change removes
separate DSI pll driver and makes DSI pll as a subnode to DSI
PHY which is an accurate way of representation. In addition, this
change adds support for 5nm DSI ctrl and PHY revisions and adds
DSI pll support for 5nm. Remove support for older DSI pll revisions
such as 7nm, 10nm, 14nm, 20nm, 28nm.
