507b75ac5c qcacmn: Fix replenish size for monitor buffers during attach
Head_pointer == Tail_pointer is treated as ring empty and
Tail_pointer + 1 == head_pointer is treated as ring full,
hence replenish count should be num_entries-1 to avoid
buffer ring treated as empty or full.

490e7fd6b4 qcacmn: fix dp_vdev use after free caused by racing condition
crash scenario:
a. dp_peer_unref_delete remove peer from vdev->peer_list.
b. dp_vdev_detach_wifi3 skip setting vdev->delete.pending as
vdev->peer_list is empty, dp_vdev is freed.
c. dp_peer_unref_delete still try to access dp_vdev after first
   peer_ref_mutex released, invalid accessing happened.

solution:
a. Get vdev member like vdev->delete.pending flag within
first peer_ref_mutex in dp_peer_unref_delete to avoid vdev freed.
b. Separate dp_reset_and_release_peer_mem function into two function
   dp_vdev_reset_peer/dp_peer_release_mem, dp__vdev_reset_peer
will be invoked within first peer_ref_mutex. after first
   peer_ref_mutex is released, invoke dp_peer_release_mem since dp_soc
   ->cdp_soc.ol_ops->peer_unref_delete should be outside of
peer_ref_mutex in case deadlock issue reported from WIN.

98c4dd401b qcacmn: Fix for SMMU fault on reo cmd desc address
Memory leak fixed in dp_rx_tid_delete_wifi3 in the case
where update cmd send fails. Add the desc to the front of
free desc list and set a flag to ensure that the update
cmd is resent from delete rx_tid callback. In the same
callback ensure that the update cmd desc is sent out first
and then proceed to free other descs by sending out the
flush cache cmd for each of those descs.

If the flush cache cmd is not sent successfully to REO,
add the REO descriptor back to the free desc list and
defer the deletion to the callback function. This update
is made under MCL feature flag REO_DESC_DEFER_FREE.

Add a soc level stat to indicate the reo send cmd failures.

c031575beb qcacmn: Set default value for REO dest ctrl register
NOC error is observed when PCIe accesses IPA GSI RX doorbell
register even before IPA clocks are ON. Currently for SAP vdev,
default REO dest is set to REO2SW4 and with RX hash being
disabled, packets will finally land on REO2SW4 ring. If packets
arrive on REO and are routed to SW4 ring, REO HW will ring
IPA GSI doorbell address and thus the NOC error will occur
because IPA clocks are still OFF which should be set to ON
by WLAN via ipa_wdi_enable_pipes API.

Fix is to set DEST_RING_MAPPING_4 to SW2 for REO dest ctrl
register such that packets arrived before IPA pipes are
enabled will be handled by WLAN host. Note that
DEST_RING_MAPPING_4 will be remapped to SW4 after IPA pipes
are enabled.

Also correctly configure REO dest ctrl register when RX hash
feature is disabled when enabling and disabling IPA
autonomy.

80002653b1 qcacmn: Check for ring approaching full during RX
Check if REO ring is near full at the end of dp_rx_process. In case the
ring is near full, reap the packets in the ring (and replenish, send to
upper layer) until the quota allows. Ignore the HIF yield time
limit in such cases.

This change is needed to prevent back pressure from the REO ring(in case
it gets full). Backpressure from REO ring (to LMAC) may lead to a
watchdog and eventually a FW crash. Hence, avoid such a scenario by
reaping as many packets as the 'quota' allows when the REO ring is in
aforementioned condition.

A sid-effect of this change would be that at times the RX softirq may run
longer (till the quota limit) than the configured HIF yield time.
However, this logic is not expected to kick-in in perf builds. The issue
is reported for a defconfig build where lots debug options are enabled
in the kernel which can slow the processing down.

2c5c1e9a43 qcacmn: Resume HW enqueue for TX desc for ME case if HW enqueue fails
In the present scenario, in case of Multicast Enhancement when
the multicast packet is received the packet is converted to
unicast packet and send to list of clients in the hyfi table.
During conversion descriptors get allocated from ME pool
for each client and the Tx MSDU descriptor is send to HW
for transmit. On TX completion descriptors are freed and
added back to ME pool.

But if the HW enqueue is failed then the current TX descriptor
is freed and added back to ME pool. But the remaining descriptor
are neither retried nor freed thus resulting in Host Asserted
Crash.

So, adding a fix that if the HW enqueue is failed for ME packet,
free that descriptor and retry HW enqueuing for the remaining
descriptors.

fef509bc58 qcacmn: Properly handle RX REO reinject packets
Currently for REO reinject path, first fragment is in the
linear part of the skb buffer while other fragments are
appended to skb buffer as non-linear paged data. The other
point is that for REO reinject buffer, l3_header_padding is
not there, meaning ethernet header is right after struct
rx_pkt_tlvs.

Above implementation will have issues when WLAN IPA path is
enabled.

Firstly, IPA assumes data buffers are linear. Thus need to
linearize skb buffer before reinjecting into REO.

Secondly, when WLAN does IPA pipe connection, RX pkt offset
is hard-coded to RX_PKT_TLVS_LEN + L3_HEADER_PADDING. Thus
need to pad L3_HEADER_PADDING before ethernet header and
after struct rx_pkt_tlvs.
