Extend gStaPrefer80MHzOver160MHz ini to limit STA connection in
80MHz BW for HE/VHT mode. In case of XR use-case, higher
throughput is not needed but higher reliability is expected.
This ini helps in XR glass device to always connects in 80MHz.

Reduce default value of gMaxLIModulatedDTIM from 10 to 5
to shorten the listen interval. It provides better
connectivity when AP has a large DTIM Period or
Beacon Interval.
Also, move the ini definition to sta header file from
sap header file.

AP has less keep alive timer than STA, so AP is kicking out the STA and
sending the deauth.
To resolve this change CFG_INFRA_STA_KEEP_ALIVE_PERIOD_DEFAULT value from
60 to 30.

Currently, RSNE if given from userspace is overrided if the Ini
force_rsne_override is disabled as a security. But there
are sufficient checks already in kernel to validatethe RSNE
given by userspace. Hence this INI is no longer required.
