Currently FISA max msdu aggregation limit is fixed and always
programmed as 0xf, but there are platforms which support different
aggregation limit. So add support to configure different aggregation
limits while sending HTT FISA config message to F.W.

Currently in monitor mode, links are released to WBM through the
SW2WBM_RELEASE ring and WBM will feed the links back to RXDMA
through the WBM2RXDMA_LINK_RING.
WCN6450 uses SOFTUMAC architecture where WBM is not present.
Hence the WBM2RXDMA_LINK_RING is repurposed to SW2RXDMA_LINK_RING
where host will directly release the links to RXDMA using this ring.

Direct link refill ring HTT setup fails due to srng
ring id mismatch. IPA uses a max of two RXDMA_BUF
rings but the hal srng ring id has a max of 3 RXDMA
ring ids which is causing the ring id mismatch for
direct link refill ring.
The fix is to remove the addition IPA related hal srng
ring id and move the macros appropriately to make
it consistent for both IPA enabled and disabled
cases.

When a new MSDUQ is instantiated for a peer, additional
dynamic AST indices are allocated.The new AST indices
should be used in subsequent MSDUs.
Handle the HTT message to update the dynamically allocated

As IPA has moved out of the kernel, ipa_uc_reg_rdyCB
interface call from WLAN is not needed anymore
as ipa_wdi_init_per_inst() initialization call will
handle this. This change will add support to retain
this call only for legacy devices.

There is an ill use of qdf_mem_set() in dp_htt_t2h_msg_handler().
This change fixes this issue by assigning 0 to the local struct
variable instead of the memset, which can also reduce some code.

If only a single filter is installed,
then the ip version of the second filter

This change adds rx filter reservation, addition,
deletion anad release support for optional wifi datapath
feature. The parameters required for the rx CCE filters,
are passed to FW in the HTT message. FW responds with the
result of the request. Rx data packets matching the applied
filter parameters are routed to specific REO rings.

This change adds the optional wifi datapath feature
to transfer data to and from modem via WLAN.
By using the existing path between WLAN and IPA, this
change registers new interfaces between IPA and WLAN
to reserve, add, delete and release rx filters,
which are required for setting up CCE filter rules.
These filters help to determine which packets need
to be routed to IPA specific REO rings.

For WMI messages RTPM get is done during HTC message send and the
corresponding put is done in Tx failure or in Tx completion handler
for Tx success case. In the case where Tx completion is not received
for WMI messages RTPM put is not done as part of the cleanup which
results in RTPM Get and PUT call out of sync issues.
To fix the issue as part of HTC cleanup do RTPM put for WMI messages
for which tx completion is not received.

UMAC reset prerequisite setup command contains the following information.
- Interrupt number to be used for raising the UMAC reset interrupt
- Address of the shared memory
This is an HTT command. Send this command as part of the UMAC reset
initialization sequence.

In IPA offload, both tagged and untagged traffic cannot be handled with
a single rx pipe. Hence, add support for 2nd RX pipe for tagged and

Add delta_tqm, delta_tsf2 and mlo timestamp offset for BE.
These offsets are used to calculate hardware Tx completion delay.
delta_tsf2 and delta_tqm are updated during init. mlo timestamp
offset is updated whenever target sends the update event.
Also, adding CDP ops to set the offsets.

This is a generic T2H message in which a target can specify bits and
offsets to extract a parameter from PPDU-id. Use link-id bit and offset
present in T2H message to extract hw link-id from PPDU-id on Tx completion.

Usually, ADDBA frame exchange is handled by HOST. But when this
is offloaded to FW, an HTT event is reported and HOST only needs
to update RX tid parameters, no need to send addba resp frame again.
BA status update is in addba resp TX completion, so there is no chance
to update this field in ADDBA offload case. This change is used to
set ba status to active to make ba session in correct status.
