The hs timer control settings can't match with dsi data transfer
requirement, so it may lead to timeout issue when running into low
frame rate, update this change to fix such issue for 30hz display
mode.

To toggle error interrupts, we currently read the DSI_INT_CTRL register,
toggle the DSI_ERROR_MASK bit and write back to the register. While doing
so we are also writing back 1 to any status bits set by HW, thus clearing
the status interrupts. Clearing the status bits should always be done as
part of interrupt handling, which otherwise can lead to command transfer
failures.
Avoid clearing status interrupts while error interrupts are toggled.

After an ESD failure, the PHY lanes and controller can be stuck in
an unknown state. This can result in interrupt storms and watchdog
failures, if these error states are not handled correctly. The following
change implements the below mechanism to avoid failures.
1) Disable error interrupts during an ESD reg read, which are re-enabled once
ESD check is successful.
2) On ESD failure, before turning off LP clocks, reset the PHY lanes and DSI
controller.
3) After the HS clocks are turned off, issue a PHY hard reset.
4) Before enabling/disabling error interrupts, clear the error status registers
as they are not cleared as part of controller reset.

Some panels may require that the DSI link returns to the low-power
stop state (LP11) after transmission of every line. If a panel
requires that the DSI link returns to LP11, apply the LP11
insertion between lines feature.
This change adds support to
- Disable the command mdp burst mode
- Enable mdp idle ctrl
- Program the No. of dsi pclk cycles of idle time to
insert between command mode mdp packets. The idle time
must be long enough to cover the time link takes to
switch between HS to LP11 mode.

When Broadcast is enabled, DMA_DONE bit gets set for slave
controller on command transfer completion but it is not
getting cleared. Due to this, DMA transfer failures on slave
controller are not getting caught. This patch add supports for
clearing DMA_DONE for slave controller on every successful
transfer. This also prints error if transfer fails on slave
controller.

when a broadcast DSI command is scheduled, the command can get
triggered close to the schedule line. This might cause DMA
timeout. This change reads the video line count from
MDP_INTF_LINE_COUNT register and checks whether DMA trigger
happens close to the schedule line. If it is not close to the
schedule line, then DMA command transfer is triggered.

During ESD check failure, DSI video engine can get stuck
sending data from display engine. In use cases where GDSC
toggle does not happen like DP MST connected or secure video
playback, display does not recover back after ESD failure.
This change adds support to perform soft reset when DSI
video engine gets stuck.

As per DSI HPG, Soft reset is not required to disable
video mode operation for version 1.3.0 and later. So,
add check to skip it during display disable.

Add support to read cphy boolean flag from panel dtsi
and configure DSI PHY registers accordingly. Update the
bit/byte clock calculation according to cphy specifications.
Update clock parents so that the relevant divider blocks
are configured to support cphy.

From Lahaina onwards, for compressed DSI output, widebus should be enabled.
In widebus mode, 6 bytes of data are transmitted per pclk.
For uncompressed output, widebus must be disabled to transmit 3 bytes
of uncompressed data per pclk.

Move DSI debugbus dumping logic from DSI driver to sde_dbg
in order to utilize the framework in place for debugbuses.
This allows for more control over the dumping logic, such
as where the dump data is stored(memory/console), via nodes
populated in debugfs.

This change enforces dp, dsi and the sde drivers to use the
drm framework defined dsc_config data structure. As a part of this,
it introduces the sde_dsc_helper API to configure the dsc params
and creating a PPS command. Earlier each driver implemented it's
private versions leading to duplication of code. Additionaly the
helper api supports DSC spec 1.2 422 and 420 mode.

This change adds support for dynamic switching of dsi clocks
to avoid RF interference issues. Also with dynamic dsi clock
switch feature coming into picture, now populate the supported
refresh rate as list instead of providing a range. Modify the
logic to enumerate all the modes in dsi driver, taking dynamic
bit clocks, resolutions and refresh rates into account.
