Add UAPI definitions for output resources of new VFE hardware.
Add changes to get the max output resource value based on
hardware version, at the time of probe.

Added a camera subfolder for the UAPI headers to be located in.
This prevents the camera UAPI headers from overwriting upstream kernel
headers.
