qcacmn: Remove qdf_delayed_work_t

qdf_delayed_work_t has been superseded by qdf_delayed_work (via
I76bc59dcd4222643d70c6a763e5bc4ee9f0a487c). Remove the now obsolete
qdf_delayed_work_t.
