qcacld-3.0: Clean up tSap_StationAssocReassocCompleteEvent

The typedef tSap_StationAssocReassocCompleteEvent contains the
following fields that are not being used, so remove them:
- SapAuthType
- beaconLength
- beaconPtr
- assocReqLength
- assocReqPtr
- assocRespLength
- assocRespPtr
