qcacld-3.0: Remove unused mcc to scc switch enums

Currently the driver accepts the values of 1,2
for MCC to SCC switch , which does not take effect
as they are not used in the sap switch channel,
thus the same are of no use.

Fix is to cleanup these as they are of no use, and
do not give the desired output too.
