qcacld-3.0: CL 1644962 – update fw common interface files
Propagation from qcacld-2.0 to qcacld-3.0. Further WMI stats field name cleanups Continue WMI stats field name cleanups begun in CL 1639162. This change disambiguates the interpretation of some of the stats fields, and adds a couple stats field renames that were overlooked in CL 1639162.
