qcacmn: Fix hal/wifi3.0/qca6390 documentation
The kernel-doc script identified some documentation issues in the hal/wifi3.0/qca6390 folder, so fix them. Change-Id: I56bf59aea331e4f720610436222af824ee0265d7 CRs-Fixed: 3410710
