qcacld-3.0: Rename SAP identifier pConfig
The Linux Coding Style frowns upon mixed-case names and so-called Hungarian notation, so rename SAP identifier pConfig to be compliant. Change-Id: I7618b95b3d88c2306412eb8d1f55dcc6cfd1a476 CRs-Fixed: 2422208
