qcacmn: Remove redundant print from scm_update_rnr_info()

Whenever there is a scm_update_rnr_info() function call,
print is flooded in each scan.
It is not giving any additional information.

Remove the print "scm_debug("Failed to get meta, freq %d", freq)"
