qcacmn: Modify qca_wlan_vendor_attr_config attribute

QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_CONFIG_MODULATED_DTIM attribute is defined
incorrectly.

Modify this attribute to QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_CONFIG_DYNAMIC_DTIM
as per the upstream qca-vendor.h file.
