qcacld-3.0: Rename struct sSapContext

The Linux Coding Style frowns upon mixed-case names and so-called
Hungarian notation, so rename struct sSapContext to align with the
Coding Style. The associated tSapContext and ptSapContext typedefs
will be cleaned up as a subquent effort.
