qcacmn: Mark DP interrupts wakeable

This is needed, because in SAP mode wlan_wake_irq is not used to wake up
the APPS when it goes to suspend, and each SRNG interrupt needs to
wakeup the APPS when needed. Hence mark DP interrupts with
IRQF_NO_SUSPEND flag.
