qcacmn: Fix compilation issue after enabled CONFIG_WDI_EVENT_ENABLE

This change fixed compilation issue when enabled two configures -
CONFIG_WDI_EVENT_ENABLE and CONFIG_REMOVE_PKT_LOG.
