qcacld-3.0: Rename HDD variable pNumChannels
The Linux Coding Style frowns upon mixed-case names and so-called Hungarian notation, so rename HDD local variable pNumChannels to be compliant. Change-Id: If1b27fd188eebd48a3155d57effe27b5c6b00559 CRs-Fixed: 2407329
