qcacld-3.0: Rename struct hdd_wmm_qos_context field pAdapter

The Linux Coding Style frowns upon mixed-case names and so-called
Hungarian notation, so rename struct hdd_wmm_qos_context field
pAdapter to align with the Coding Style.
