video: driver: prepare upstream caps database

- Remove caps related to private controls.
- Update parent, child dependencies for caps if not
  standard.
- Keep the caps which doesn't have v4l2 control associated
  and are used internally for some features.
- keep  non-standard but good to have features by removing
  the v4l2 control associated.
