qcacld-3.0: Fix style issues in wma_power.c

Checkpatch flaged the following issues, so fix them:
- WARNING:LONG_LINE: line over 80 characters
- ERROR:SPACING: space prohibited before that ',' (ctx:WxE)
- WARNING:LINE_SPACING: Missing a blank line after declarations
