qcacmn: Replace dp_srng_setup with dp_srng_alloc/init in debug logs

dp_srng_setup was split into dp_srng_alloc and
dp_srng_init as part of lithium DP init and de
init improvements but the debug prints remain
unchanged

Rectify mistakes in debug prints accordingly
to match dp_srng_alloc or dp_srng_init
