qcacld-3.0: Use renamed OSIF logging macros

Change Id3273498f623d04beec879aa9d77c1d33986357a ("qcacmn: Rename OSIF
logging macros") is renaming the OSIF logging macros, so update the
legacy OSIF to use the new names.
