qcacld-3.0: Replace typedef hdd_wapi_info_t

The Linux Coding Style enumerates a few special cases where typedefs

clearly match one of those rules." The hdd_wapi_info_t typedef does
not meet any of those criteria, so replace it with a well named
struct.
