qcacld-3.0: Remove flag WLAN_AP_STA_CONCURRENCY from driver

As STA+SAP concurrency is supported by default in the driver,
flag WLAN_AP_STA_CONCURRENCY is removed from Kbuild, remove
this flag from the driver code also.
