qcacld-3.0: CL 1639162 – update fw common interface files
Propagation from qcacld-2.0 to qcacld-3.0. Rename WMI REPORT_STATS_EVENT fields. Change the names of some of the REPORT_STATS_EVENT fields to better describe the information they contain, and move some of the rx stats to be at the peer level. These changes are not backwards-compatible, but since the current defs are not yet being used by host or target. Change-Id: I37d0fdf9b65a55f42e935e4917db30c4eb316607 CRs-Fixed: 865207
